For any festive meal I recommend this Spinach Salmon Roll Recipe, a tasty and great looking appetizer. Spinach in this roll crust will give a beautiful color and cream cheese and smoked salmon filling will give a special flavor.
Spinach contains a substance called saponin, which facilitates the absorption of iron and iodine content, proving highly effective in fighting anemia in children.

Place spinach in a pot with hot water or steam enough to lose volume, then puree the spinach with an immersion blender until you have an even consistency.
In a pan melt the butter, then add spinach puree and leave for 1-2 minutes on the fire.
Meanwhile, separate the eggs. Mix yolks with sour cream and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Add the yolks and cream mixture over spinach puree, then add the flour. Stir to get an even consistency, then season with salt and pepper to your taste. Add the egg whites into the spinach dough, stirring gently.
Place a piece of baking paper on a baking tray and pour the egg-spinach and cream mixture evenly and so there are no holes. Place in the oven for 15 minutes at 360 degrees F (180 degrees C). When ready allow to cool covered with a kitchen towel. When cold, cover with cream cheese, chopped chives and spread evenly smoked salmon sliced.
