Preheat oven to 350 degrees F(180degrees C).
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix butter, sugar and vanilla seeds with a mixer until you get a creamy mixture, then add the egg and 2 tablespoons of milk.
Fold flour mixture into butter cream, then add the oatmeal flakes, chopped nuts and chocolate and mix gently.
Using a teaspoon or an ice cream scoop, put piles of mixture on a baking tray lined with paper. Using an ice cream scoop helps you to have cookies of the same size.
Bake 10 minutes or until they are slightly golden.
