Over time were invented all kinds of recipes with different fillings: chicken, fish, liver pate, with avocado, or even seafood, I chose to show you now a recipe with cold smoked pork loin filling we like very much.
Deviled eggs are very tasty ….. and easy to prepare, so I invite you to try them in this really simple recipe.
Bring the eggs covered in water to a boil in a saucepan , and boil them for about 7-8 minutes. While the eggs are boiling cut the cold smoked pork loin into cubes using a small sharp knife.
After the eggs have boiled, put them in cold water, then carefully peel so that the whites remain uniform (the fresher the eggs are, the more difficult it will be clean).
Cut in half lengthwise, remove yolks and put them in a bowl and the whites put them on a platter.
Using a mixer crush the egg yolks, then add the butter and stir, add the chopped smoked loin, parsley, freshly ground pepper and two tablespoons of mayonnaise (two tablespoons of mayonnaise are used for decoration), and stir, then taste, because the cold smoked pork loin is salted, for mayonnaise you might not need salt at all, so that’s depending on your taste if you add salt or not.
The filling is now ready. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. You can cut a little from the whites base so they won’t slip out from the plate. Garnish with the remaining mayonnaise.
