Baked Turkey Meatballs

I think we all like meatballs… minced meat, with lots of spices and deep fried in oil. They are found in almost all cuisines, are very tasty but not as healthy as we want them to be.

So, if you don’t like frying meatballs in an oil bath you can bake the meatballs in the oven like I did and they came out as expected, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

You can eat both hot or cold, great as a starter dish or can be served next to mashed potatoes drowned in  tomato sauce with green peas as a main dish. Whichever you choose will guarantee a dish you’ll love.

These Baked Turkey Meatballs can be made of any kind of meat, beef, pork, chicken or turkey, but I advise you again, do not buy ready minced meat, buy a whole chunk of meat and do it by yourself using a meat grinder.

For this recipe I used turkey breast and baked in the oven are just great!
